Use as a warm compress to relieve dry eyes, ear ache or migraines, or cool your compress in the freezer to soothing tired, puffy eyes. To be worn as a traditional eye pillow or used as a hot & cold pack for natural pain relief.

 

Blasta Henriet work with sustainable linen flax and Cotswold wheat to create self-care products that provide relaxation, natural pain relief and everyday comfort. Covered with a removable linen sleeve for easy washing.

  • HOW TO USE

    Place in the microwave for 2 mins or in a hot oven for about 10 mins on a clean tray or parchment paper. Can also be used cold, pop in the freezer until it reached an ideal coolness.

    Heating and cooling times.

    • Microwave: 30 - 60 seconds 600W

    • Oven: 5 - 10 minutes 125 °C

    • To use as cold pack, freeze for a minimum of 30 minutes
