Following on from my 'Tone it up' blog post, it's time to explore your individual body shape. For each women's body shape there is the right diet and the correct beauty routine, discover which is your morphotype and follow [comfort zone]'s tips.



We are not all the same

We are all born with a morphotype of our own. Day after day, whatever our lifestyle, diet and stress affect our endocrine and nervous systems as well as how our body characteristics are expressed.


This particular conformation, which also used as a reference in the medical sphere, is defined as a "morphotype". There are four main types, with specific aesthetic and health-related problems.


As a result, there is no one universal solution for achieving a toned, slim and healthy body. Recognising our morphotype allows us to identify the most appropriate programme for defeating women's two greatest enemies; cellulite and loss of tone.


Which Morphotype are you?

Our bodies speak an extremely interesting language; understanding it helps us to understand ourselves better and make the right health and beauty choices. Read the following descriptions and decide which one best describes you.


RECTANGULAR BODY SHAPE

Body Shape: Small chest, sloping shoulders
